تعلن ادارة اتحاد المعوقين الارتريين عن قيام المؤتمر التأسيسي لفرعها بالولايات المتحدة الامريكية  ، وتهيب بكافة الارتريين المهتمين بقضية المعاق وجرحى حرب التحرير الارترية المشاركة الفعالة من أجل إنجاح هذا الحدث التاريخي
